Cherish every moment - a Valentine card

I'm sharing a Valentine card that I made for an Aunt & Uncle.  This card is going into the challenge at CASE Study #125.  The muse this month is Amber (so talented!).  Take a look at her sweet inspiration card.
I took my inspiration from her color palette and use of die-cuts.  This is what I created.
If you get my blog posts via email click HERE to read directly on my blog.

I added some texture to the heart die-cut by running it through my Big Kick with a linen texture plate.  I stamped my sentiment on a length of natural cotton ribbon, which is something I hadn't done in a long time.
Oh, and I applied some glossy accents to the little stamped heart on the calender.  Fun!
Thanks for taking a look today!

What I used:
Card stock: kraft (PTI), very vanilla (SU)
Ink: soft suede, real red (SU), onyx black versafine (Tsukineko)
Stamps: calender stamp set & positive thoughts stamp set (Precious Remembrance Shop), with all my heart (PTI)
Dies: notebook, limitless layers hearts, linen & canvas impression plate (PTI), chevron impression plate (WPlus9)
Other: 7/8" natural cotton ribbon (SU), glossy accents (Ranger), red gems (Want2Scrap)
