I'm back with my second post of the day. That hasn't happened in quite a while, huh?
I'm playing along with CASE Study #170 this week. I couldn't resist this yummy inspiration photo provided by Cath at the Moxie Fab World Blog..
I can almost taste that cupcake, can't you?
Anyway, I immediately noticed the texture of the cupcake liner. That crimped or pleated look. So I pulled out my paper crimper and some early espresso card stock...and got busy. Here's what I created.
I loved the color of the frosting on that cupcake, so I chose soft sky card stock for my "frosting" die-cut panel. Love that color! The snowflakes were die-cut then heat embossed with clear EP. To give them a little extra pop, I added a few dots of crystal Stickles.
I'm loving these colors together.
Thanks so much for taking a look!
