One of a kind!

Yes...this is an unusual card  :)
One of my nephews has a birthday in about a week.  He has curtains that, upon close examination, are a small skull and cross bones print.  I bought a MS skull and cross bones punch months ago, that  I've been waiting to use on a card for him.  Now is the time!
Challenges ~
The Play Date Cafe challenge #66 color splash uses a blue violet color as an accent with black and white.
Clean & Simple Stamping: 125 challenge is a layout, or sketch challenge.
So, my card is going into these challenges.  I know that this isn't the usual pretty or cute card that most paper crafters submit to a challenge, but I'm giving it a try anyway.  It was a fun card for me to create and I think my nephew will like it!!!

Here is the inspiration photo from the Play Date Cafe:

And, here is my card:
Thank you for taking a look.  I hope you leave a comment...I would love to know what you think!

  2. Hey Susie - sometimes the boys are just the hardest ones to make cards for! Love your CAS card - love how you incorporated the purple on a male card! Thanks for playing at the PDCC this week
