Hi, just a short post to share I card that I made for a brand new sketch challenge. Take a look...
I always enjoy a good sketch challenge, so wanted to jump right into the first challenge at CTS. This sketch is by Jackie Rockwell.
I'm in need of several sympathy cards right now, as we lost a very special Uncle on my Mom's side of the family...just yesterday. He touched the lives of many people.
This is my take on the CAS(E) this Sketch! Challenge - CTS#1
After stamping several butterflies in Crumb Cake ink and stamping my sentiment, I ran the panel through my Big Kick with the Simple Stripes impression plate. I love the dimension that it adds to a card. I matted the panel with some Pool Party card stock, then used foam tape to adhere it to my card base.
The butterfly was die cut from a piece of patterned paper I pulled from the Be Amazing 6 x 6 pad by MME.
I've got to get back to my craft table, so that's it for now.
Thanks so much for taking a look!
