Reindeer Christmas Card

Hi!  Just sharing a card (actually I made 4 duplicates) that I made yesterday.  No card challenges.  It was such a fun card to make, that I wanted to show you AND provide a link to Jennifer McGuire's blog, where I learned this technique. I CASE'd her card, actually.  For you non-stampers that means Copy And Share Everything.

I don't often make "cute" Christmas cards, but her card was just adorable.   So...I created this.

Yeah..I changed very little from Jennifer's card.  My stamped image is from a retired Stampin' Up! set that I still love. It's called Merry & Bright.  I colored this little deer using the technique that I learned in the video and (like Jennifer) covered him with some clear Wink of Stella.  Too cute!

Supply list ~
card stock: 140# watercolor paper (Artist's Loft), kraft (PTI), crisp cantaloupe (SU)
ink: tuxedo black (Momento), crisp cantaloupe...for his tiny ears, baked brown sugar (SU)
stamps: merry & bright (SU), christmas blessings (PTI)
dies: stitched mats squares (Lil' Inkers Designs)
other: clear wink of stella, brushes, water
