A Clean & Simple card set

If reading from email, click HERE to go to my blog.
Hi, I'm sharing another card set that I made for a family member, to be given as a gift.  I decided to go very clean and simple with this set of cards.  There are a few layers and some stitching, but these will be easy to mail...no extra postage required.
I saw a Christmas card in the new Stampin' Up Holiday catalog that gave me the idea for this layout. It's a Christmas card on the left side of page 38.
I used DSP from the Festival of Prints Stack that I bought last year.  I love these prints and they're not JUST for the holidays...as you can see here.  I love that the prints are small; scaled perfectly for cards.  I was so happy to see that there are 2 Christmas DSP stacks in the current Holiday catty.  Ummm...I ordered those on August 1st.  Yup.  The day that the catty started!

Enough talking, right?  Here's my latest card set.

I stitched the focal panel onto a piece of DSP after I stamped the image and sentiment. Easy peasy.  And I'm so pleased with the results!
Thanks so much for stopping by today.  :)
